These Terms govern your use of Mass Notary Pro’s website and services. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Mass Notary Pro provides notarial and document services only.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation.

2. Appointment & Payment

Fees are disclosed in advance and due at the time of service.

Mobile/concierge fees include travel up to 10 miles; additional fees apply beyond.

Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Limitations

We may refuse service if documents are incomplete, signer lacks valid ID, or signer is unwilling/unable to appear before us.

Massachusetts law prohibits us from advising on the legal effect of documents.

4. Disclosures

Massachusetts is an attorney-closing state. We do not perform real estate closings or mortgage transactions.

Notarial fees are set by Massachusetts law. Additional service and travel fees are separate and disclosed before service.

Per Massachusetts law, notarization of veterans’ benefit documents and absentee ballots is free.

5. Liability

Mass Notary Pro is not responsible for damages resulting from improper document preparation or legal interpretations outside the scope of notarial acts.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
